Training
Tapestry offers a variety of training opportunities for students, professionals and pastors. Our counselors are not only well-trained and professionally licensed, but many have well over a decade of experience in the field. They have intentionally exceeded the rigorous expectations of the industry to establish the training, experience and credentialing to inform and mold the next generation of professional therapists.
Graduate Internships
Each year, Tapestry hosts two master’s level interns for a unique training experience that fulfills the requirements established by the State of Georgia, as well as the expectations of most graduate programs in Counseling.
Interns are provided with an opportunity to develop their professional skills under the supervision of a seasoned and qualified supervisor.
Working with a predominantly Christian clientele, interns are trained in methods for walking their clients to that intersection of faith and psychology where they cannot only help their clients experience emotional, relational, and personal healing, but a deepened experience of Christ as well.

Continued Education
Tapestry’s experienced professionals regularly host Continued Education Units for Licensed Professional Counselors, Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists and Psychologists. Stay tuned here for upcoming opportunities in 2022.
Supervision
Our more experienced counselors at Tapestry are available for Supervision and Consultation to other professionals in need of such.
Stace Huff, Melissa King and Beverly Elliott not only have over a decade of experience each, but they have completed the Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor credentialing.
Dr. Jeff Pipe is also available to provide supervision and consultation. Beverly Elliott and Melissa King have also completed the Registered Play Therapist - Supervision credentialing and are available to provide relevant supervision to therapists seeking to fulfill the criteria for being a Registered Play Therapist.
