On a sunny Monday morning in January of 2006, Tapestry first opened its doors. United for the purpose of helping people who are struggling in their lives and relationships, this team of professionals aligned to build a psychological practice that values professional excellence and Christian integrity. That first day, the 100 year old Marietta Station building in which Tapestry was established shook with energy as trains rumbled down the tracks near the Marietta Square.
Our first appointment—a child who had been taken into protective custody—was conducted as the caseworker who accompanied him graciously helped our staff hang pictures on the office wall. God blessed Tapestry and by the end of the month we were busy. Since then, Tapestry has deepened its roots in the Marietta community as God has allowed our team to help thousands of individuals, couples, and families.
