After Brennan graduated from the University of Georgia with her bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, she thought she was on track for a career in the corporate world. However, after several years in a business environment, Brennan experienced burnout and a dissatisfaction with the direction her life was going. Unsure of what to do next or how to find true purpose and meaning in her life, Brennan sought direction and counsel from a Christian counselor. This counseling positively impacted all of her relationships, as well as her own understanding and view of herself. She found the help and guidance that she received to be restorative and, ultimately, life-changing.
Wanting to help others in the same way in which she had received help, Brennan subsequently enrolled at Richmont Graduate University where she received a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. At Richmont, Brennan received excellent clinical and academic training in a Christ-centered environment. She also received training at both a private practice and at a residential mental health facility in Atlanta.
Brennan is now passionate about helping her clients navigate the challenges and painful seasons of life. She understands how difficult it can be to take the first step and to seek professional help. Brennan’s approach to therapy includes providing a warm environment of acceptance, insight, and hope that meets each client’s unique style and needs. She believes that true healing can occur through the therapeutic journey and she hopes to empower her clients to live a purposeful and authentic life.
Brennan is happily married and has a young daughter and Boxer pup. She enjoys being outside, reading novels, drinking her morning coffee, and spending time with her friends and family.
